A Conversation With A Wall Builder
On 4/20 I was gathering a final recording of The Nogales Wall days before it was due to be replaced with the new and improved Nogales Mega-Wall.
During that time I was approached by a friendly representative of The US Army Corps of Engineers who was involved with the building of the new wall.
The conversation that ensued became part of the day's sound portrait.
